Story of Us - 3 Weeks Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive a detailed questionnaire via email. This form will guide you through sharing important details such as locations, names, special milestones, and any cherished memories you’d like featured on your map.

Once your turn in the queue arrives, I will begin crafting your map. You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request any changes you may have. Please allow 3-5 days for revisions, if needed. Once finalized, your map will be delivered to you as a high-resolution digital file via email.

Some examples include:

• Special milestones: First date, weddings, anniversaries, or moving into your new home.
• Memorable trips: Favorite vacations or adventures, like exploring national parks, visiting your dream destination, or enjoying a weekend getaway to a cozy cabin.
• Shared hobbies: Activities you enjoy together, such as hiking, cooking, or attending sports games.
• Family and pets: Precious moments spent with your kids, furry friends, or other loved ones.

In addition to your chosen locations, I can incorporate meaningful elements like your pets, kids, favorite foods, special mementos, or anything associated with the main event or location. You can also add custom quotes, slogans, inside jokes, or any personalized message that holds special meaning to you. These details don’t count as separate locations!

I am currently booked out for 3 weeks. This means orders placed today will take 3 weeks to deliver, provided that the questionnaire is completed on the same day of purchase. Kindly note that the 3-week turnaround time begins once the completed questionnaire is submitted. Please plan accordingly if you're ordering for a special occasion!

Your map will be delivered as a high-resolution file measuring 10220 pixels wide by 13200 pixels tall at 300 dpi, matching the aspect ratio of US letter size. A PNG file will be provided by default. If you require a different file format (JPEG or PDF), please email me at hello@kaydoodle.com, and I will gladly accommodate your request!

Currently, I only offer digital files. However, the high-resolution file provided can be printed at your local print shop or through a professional printing service to suit your needs. If there is significant interest, I may consider offering physical prints in the future. Feel free to drop me a message if this is something you'd like!

Yes! Since all orders are delivered as high-resolution digital files, I can accommodate orders worldwide. You’ll receive your file via email, which you can print and frame locally at your preferred size.

I want you to be completely happy with your map, which is why I offer unlimited revisions. You can request as many adjustments as needed until the design is perfect.

Please note that because each map is a handcrafted, custom artwork, refunds cannot be provided.

I frequently document the creation process of these Story of Us maps on social media. However, your story and photos remain yours. To respect your privacy, I will mask names and personal details, sharing only generic activity/location information unless you specify otherwise in the questionnaire. Additionally, I may use fictional names and stories to feature the map.

All submitted photos will be stored in my Google Drive for up to 1 year unless you request otherwise via email.

As many of you know from my videos, I wear many hats: I work full-time in a microbiology lab during the day and create all your commissioned maps at night. To balance my STEM girl duties and ensure timely delivery, I may collaborate with other artists who assist in the creative process. However, I will personally handle all communications with you, and every design will be overseen and carefully reviewed by me to ensure it is the best version possible before delivering it to you :)
